Been a while since I posted my finds somewhere, here's the most recent ones!

Two powerbooks, both screens need recap, one battery caused a bunch of corrosion, but only lost the battery terminal. Also recapping the power bricks.

Mac 128k upgrade to a Plus - was hoping for the 128k but picked it up for a buddy

Guy who didnt want to drive to a recycling place, lots here, 2xIIgs, few LC's, G3 beige, lazer printer, some random HDDs.

An Apple IIe - seems to work fine, just a little gunk on it.

Always so jealous of the finds/hauls you guys get in the US - I'd kill for a fraction of that! I had a Powerbook 180C, but i donated it to RMC. I want to get another one though, but they're hard to find and half the time, broken screens and shattered case plastics...

Awesome haul! I have been hesitant to do big lot pickups lately since I have been working on trying to do some purging to get my collection back under control. But I can live vicariously through others scores!

You wouldn't believe it by this thread but I'm doing the same. The powerbooks I only wanted one for BlueSCSI testing - so will refurb and trade the other. The big free lot I only wanted the IIgs and one of the LC's but couldnt let the rest be recycled. The IIe I've always wanted one and it came up locally. and the Plus is going to a buddy.

Not too bad, but I've only ran it on the guy's porch when I picked it up.

Picked this up off eBay for a reasonable price. Came with docs and the micro lense. Works great, few pics from previous owner but just of the wall and a water cooler. Have a few projects in mind for it!

Two G4 Pickups this weekend. First is a G4 Ti that my sister got years ago. Oddly it had Debian 6 on it. Back is quite scratched and has a few stickers but should clean up fine. Installing 10.4 on it now via CD as it doesn't appear to have a DVD drive.

Second is a local eBay pickup - listed as non working. Had to let the PSU sit for hours before it "warmed up" enough to start. I see some recapping this PSU in my future.

No RAM, HDD, or CDROM (but came with the Zip and graphics card!) Have a pile of old IDE drives so stuck in a CD-RW and a 40GB HDD - installing 9.2.1 now - though it said it had a memory error.... as you can see i was stealing the RAM from the G3 B&W - so may need to do some more testing here.

Nice! What GPU is in the tower? I'm still hunting some decent ones to flash for my MDD.

Just a Rage 128 Pro - I think what came stock? I have a few other cards to try but I think this will mainly be an OS9 machine so wont need too much graphics horse power. It's the low end 450mhz model - the same one I had bought new.

Picked up a very complete apple IIe. Keeping the joystick, monitor, and drives. Rest going to @ScutBoy

Lots of disks and documents here to go through. Looks like it was used to manage a farm in the 80s.

Ok, this is a bit crazy but I found the recipt for this in 1983. The person who bought it is from the same town we live in currently (and my wife grew up in) and we're pretty sure it's a relation that lived down the road a few miles... crazy! Find out from grandma tomorrow :)

Last of the @PotatoFi haul arrived recently:

iMac G3 Rev B - I have a BlueBerry but really just wanted the original Bondi tray loader. My "play" shelf is getting a bit crowded!

IIsi, 8100, and 8500

IIsi booted right away, took a look at the board and wow... the caps were hardly even held on, just touching a few of them pushed them off. Recapped and continues to work great.

8100 was one I always wanted. A local Doctor where I grew up had a 8100/AV and it was just cool. This one has a NUBUS video card in it, not quite sure which one, but it alarmingly was loose in the case! This is not PotatoFi's fault, the case design is horrible for how they hold in the cards. Even though it was double packed and well padded something must have hit a corner, no external damage but the logic board was out of place. Only casualty was a few brittle plastics inside.

8500 is just a cool machine too, 604 and fast.

Everything was expertly packed. I'm pretty much out of room for storing and displaying these machines!

Only when your collection starts trailing out into the hallway is when you worry about room.

That's why I love laptops so much. 90% of the functionality, 10% of the space.
