So while it's actually 1nF~3.9nF, not 4.7nF, you can use 1000V or higher film caps, preferably polypropylene. This person claims to have tried values ranging from 1nF up to 5nF but found it wasn't a solution for him. |

Honestly, I just bought myself a 1000V pack of film caps (various values) on Amazon Japan in the past. There are several values within the 1~4nF range. I just never needed to try it. But yes, the 1000V rating is safe to use. Even @Bolle used 1000V rated caps at CL26. |
