I purchased a MessagePad 120 from eBay over the weekend and it comes with a few pieces of software. One of them
being "The gold Tee". It clearly has something to do with golf, but does anyone have any information on it, I cannot seem
to find anything about it online.

I found a reference to software called "Gold Tee at Bighorn" in the 1995 Newton Solutions Guide.

I'm pretty sure that this is the same thing.
