They had this PowerBook G4 sitting there for a while... listed as broken hinge (I think it is just stuck), dropped from $25 to $15, but extra $10 for the power cord. So total was $25.

12inch 867MHz boots fine, battery looks good.

Maybe I can find a good conditioned case with water damage or something and make one nice one from two bad ones. Saving testing for PPC Challenge 2025!

Found a listing just a couple hours old... 23" Aluminum display with power cord for $10. Picked it up today at 1pm, will test power this weekend.

Found a listing 9 hours old, FREE Powermac3,1 G4 400MHz. Original owner, was stored in the garage for many years without use. Drives removed. Minor scratches, 4 panel screws missing on the side opposite the door. Zip drive installed.


Who knows what nested on this thing... but it came with the original multi-colored power cord.


She was dirty inside, but the AGP card has a fan on it!


And some strange audiofile sound card (very dirty)


Just more things to play with... I think I need a 3rd display shelf.
