Please add to this list, if you come across a supplier of vintage/retro parts. Can be an ebay seller, an independant shop or 'my cousin knows a guy'.

I'll kick this off:

Unicorn Electronics (aptly named): https://www.unicornelectronics.com/prod.htm

Based in Pennsylvania, USA.

Good selection of parts (mostly semiconductors), including some rare and hard to find pieces.

Silicon-Ark Electronics: https://www.silicon-ark.co.uk/

Based in Peterborough, UK

These guys are the only people i know of that sell the bourns R/C network DIP-20's used in the Macintosh SE & SE/30, for just GBP1 each (New-old-stock) instead of Mouser's GBP5+ each!

They hold a lot of ex-military grade semiconductors and some genuinely interesting parts, as well as the Retro Chip Tester Kit recently featured on Adrian's Digital Basement.

TVSAT Electronics: https://shop.tvsat.com.pl/en_GB/index

Based in Poland

I've bought whole tubes of 74 series logic off these guys, it's all good stuff, new-old-stock. Threre's very little they don't stock, and the prices are fantastic - definitely come recommended!

Been searching for these guys for a while, as i forgot their name:

Excess Solutions: https://www.facebook.com/ExcessSolutions/

Based in San Jose, California, USA

IIRC, they're gonna have to move/close soon due to Amazon buying up all the land for a fulfillment warehouse. Get things while you can!

They already moved and it was just a few blocks down the street. They should be good for a while.

RE-PC, based in the Seattle, WA area... Originally known as PC FIXX, then renamed RE-PC in 1994. Have bought many parts and machines from them over the years.

REPC | Seattle Recycled Computers & Peripherals

RE?PC is the oldest and largest computer retail recycling company in the Pacific Northwest. RE?PC has recycled several thousands tons of computers since 1994.
www.repc.com

Two locations. The original Seattle location near Safeco Field, and the location in Tukwila (near the airport). The Tukwila location has moved a block or two away from their original location.

*edit* seems the Seattle location has pretty much purged everything parts-wise, and only has a few complete machines they're selling...at eBay prices...

IEC produces or maintains a stock of many cables and adapters we often need in our hobby (as if we need more). It's a good place to check for DuoDisk cables or Male DIN5 to Female DIN8 adapters... if you don't want to make your own or can't find one: https://iec.net

http://www.pacificcable.com/ Pacific Custom Cable has some unusual connectors. I used them when I needed a modified modular jack adapter and cable for my DEC terminal.

https://www.peconnectors.com/ Phoenix Enterprises is a good source for replacement 30 pin SIMM sockets.

That was the only place I found the ADC connector for my ADC to DVI.

@Kai Robinson had previously let me know about www.peconnectors.com (Phoenix Enterprises), based in Chatsworth, Southern California, from whom I was able to order dual vertical 30-pin SIMM slots for my Mac II, though they do have a minimum order amount of $30 US.

I do see that Surplus & Sales does have a Mac/IIgs printer cable available. Interestingly enough, the brand name has some connection to a virus we've been dealing with for over two years... lol

Bob and Cheryn own and run a vintage Macintosh sales and service business. They have been around for a long time. I've dealt with them, and they are great folks! They specialize in PowerPC Macs and older Intel-based Macs. They do sell 68k Macs, too. They carry a lot of hardware and software for the Macintosh. I was able to snag a Radius PrecisionColor Pro 24AC NuBus video accelerator and graphics card for a great price. It was in excellent condition and worked very well in my IIci.

Interesting. Learned something new today. [face-with-monocle] I edited my post to clarify that website is currently only accessible within the United States.
