I should have at least one mac related video to fit the theme this year. Will be sure to get it out in march!

I will have some things, too. :) I am restoring a brochure right now. I may do other advertisements and other things. Maybe a video or something. So many things I could do! [grinning-face-with-s](y)

Finally, I completed my first #MARCHintosh 2023 project! :)

I restored a vintage Apple brochure, "Who Needs a Computer Anyway?" that you can head to my site and check out!

I am now going to work on the next project.

For #MARCHintosh, I just made a new resource on identifying 68k CPUs. :)

EDIT: the resource has been updated.

Ok, that's insanely cool. How do you make those?
Did notice one mistake though - the LC variants do have MMUs, just no FPU.

And the EC variants do not have an FPU, besides not having an MMU

Apple Keynote among various graphics and illustration apps such as GIMP and Inkscape. :)

Yes, that is true. The 680LC40 has the MMU. It does not have FPU. However, the LC variant has a software emulation mode for floating-point arithmetic.

I will update the resource and GIF tomorrow. Thanks for pointing that out. :)

The EC variant has MMU. It does not have FPU nor the software emulation mode for floating-point arithmetic.

@3lectr1c and @Francois are correct. Two access control units (ACU) replaced the MMU in the EC. I will be updating it. Thanks. :)

For #MARCHintosh 2023, Mihai Parparita released almost all operating systems for classic Macs since 1984, from System 1 to macOS 9 that can be run within the modern web browser. :)

My #MARCHintosh project: Mac IIci w/CSI Hurdler serial card 6-node wifi modem BBS!

Check out the The Crow's Nest BBS at crowsnestbbs.ddns.net ports 6400-6403 while it's still up! Use ZTerm with a wifi modem or Black Night with a networked Mac.
