Hi all,
The picture attached is a M1212 CRT attached to a Performa 6300 CD. I have verified the Performa will drive a VGA monitor correctly (with one of those dip-switch adapters) so I believe this is a problem with the M1212 itself. I have opened it up and no capacitors are bulging or blown open. All the adjustment potentiometers work but I can not get rid of the bright line at the bottom with some of the output cut off. Any suggestions? I've worked on arcade monitors for many years and saw a cap list for this monitor so I could take out the main board and start checking caps but wondering if anyone had any ideas what might be wrong specifically. Thank you.
