Hey guys,

I recently found a better terminal program than MacSSH for telnet BBS'ing called Black Night. Unlike MacSSH, it supports X, Y, and ZModem downloads! It also freatures full ANSI emulation and is compatible with System 7 - OS 9.2.2. Setting it up for telnet and ANSI emulation is a bit of a pain, so I've created a preconfigured version here. Just follow the instructions in the Readme First document and you'll be BBS'ing in no time!

Thank you! I stumbled across this and am using your preconfigured version with a BlueSCSI w/Daynaport emulation as a general telnet client - it has the best vt100 emulation I've found for connecting to linux machines on my local network. From there I can run links2 (www), IRC clients (irssi), gopher, email clients (pine/elm/etc)!

ncurses based apps like htop work great which is pretty spectacular.
