The base model is an M4405 G3 Mini-Tower, 266Mhz 512K Cache with 32Mb RAM/6Mb VRAM, 120gb HD, 24x CD, Zip drive and A/V. But, it has been upgraded to a 433Mhz G4 with 192Mb RAM...and it works, which may be a minor miracle! :D I will take out the battery ASAP (if it is still in there). Overall, the exterior condition is good -- only minor yellowing and one little nick at the top of the side panel. The drive covers are good and tabs are intact (but probably brittle), and it looks like one is slightly misaligned in the photo. But...just minor issues.
It would be nice to find a large 4:3 monitor to use -- 23", etc. It should do at least 16-bit at 1600x1200 -- within 4Mb (3.7Mb actual). I guess if it requires 32bpp, it would need 8Mb for millions (7.3Mb actual). However, 24bpp is under 6Mb (5.5Mb actual). Has anyone tried a 6Mb version of one these at 1600x1200? It's probably capped at Thousands. The max is probably 1280x1024 at 32bpp with 6Mb VRAM (5Mb actual). [Image: G3MT-front.png][Image: G3MT-back.png]

I also got a couple of other machines for $20 each, but they don't appear to work -- a 7300/180
Edit - Sorry -- not a Quadra 700 at all. It looks like both are 7300/180s...but the front bezel is missing from one. It's probably parts only anyway. That one looks battery-bombed. Liked by Certificate of Excellence |

I was able to find a IIci for $100 that boots and works, but needs recapping. The internal speaker does not work and the HD appears to be no good -- or it could just be a cap issue. Anyway, it has various problems that appear capacitor-related and it needs to be cleaned, in general. No battery bomb damage and I don't think there is any cap leakage (yet).
