Along with my vintage computer tinkering I also have a penchant for vintage cars.. specifically Porsche. This recent purchase goes with my recently restored 1970 911. Yes, it plugs directly into the cigarette lighter socket! I'm yet to try it out, but will definitely be taking it along to the next Cars & coffee event here in Sydney..

That auto expresso is excellent! :) (y) Is it designed to operate while your Porsche is in motion? :D What color and specs are your 1970 Porsche 911? Pics? [racing-car]

This photo is from a magazine(iPhone's screenshot). The story and restore of me and my Porsche was featured using 10 pages. It was a Japanese Porsche magazine.

I'd prefer not to try and use the espresso machine whilst in motion! :)

My '70 is a 911T. It was a bit of a mess when I got it 4-5 years back. The engine was rebuilt by a Porsche racer here. There was a lot of rust to attend to as a previous owner had left the poor car attached to a truck battery to "trickle charge the batteries". The interior was just old and tired. Someone had repainted it red at some point (I assume to sell). I *had* to get it back to her original colour - Leaf Green. Here's a few random pics...

Bah, the order is messed up.. it's late - I'll try re-sort them tomorrow... But regardless it's been an awesome journey. I also have two 993's...
