I know this may be a long shot. I have an Agilent DSO3102A that I received and was not booting. I tested and found that the firmware was corrupt. It has a Blackfin BF531 processor and I have established a JTAG connection and can see the chain. I have been looking for a raw firmware file so I can flash the firmware. This scope is a rebadged Rigol DS1102E. I downloaded the official firmware from Agilent/Keysight and it has a file with a .RGL extension. Unfortunately this isn't a raw file I can flash and the application requires the scope to be up and running. There is no USB-A connection in this scope. Does anyone have, or know where I can get a file to flash my scope with? (I have contacted both Agilent/Keysight and Rigol. Agilent told me that they would sell me a new scope. ). Thank you!!

I'd analyze that RGL file and check if the raw binary (or something equivalent) is hidden inside. Can you upload the corrupted firmware?
