Hello! I'm Astal, I've been active on Discord in various vintage machine Discords for a few years now, I've got a bunch of cool projects and figured I'd join here! I like all sorts of vintage machines, and currently I'm working on BGA upgrades. I'm excited to met all of you people here!

Hiya, Welcome. BGA rework sounds like fun, if way beyond my abilities. Have you looked at doing interstitial PCB conversions from package to package on a board as yet?

Currently I've got a G4 733 board on my workbench I'm putting a 1.0 on, I sadly don't have any 1.5s or anything, for 745x CPUs they're expensive over 1GHz, but I'll probably overclock it to 1.2 or so.

I've also got a PowerBook 604e experiment I'll try soon, along with upgrading my G3 CPU cards to 500MHz or faster G3 and/or G4
